Here's a quick update on my meditation challenge. My goal was to meditate for 108 days, and earlier this month I finally reached that goal. If you've read my previous blog post you already know how I got started on this challenge and what I have learned so far.
I plan to continue this ten minute meditation practice for the foreseeable future. I was hoping ten minutes of meditation would automatically become part of my daily routine, but it has been a constant struggle to keep up with it. There are several possible reasons for this continuing struggle and I shall talk more about this in a future blog post.
